For a game problem.

• The game name and version. The current Pulse Dash release is 1.0.0.
• Your operating system, browser or PDF reader, and its version.
• Whether you opened the original download, an embedded view, or a copy saved with changes.
• The steps you took, what you expected, and what happened.

Before writing, the guides cover opening a PDF game and saving personal records.

For a document-tool problem.

Name the tool and describe the result. For example, say whether X-Ray suggested a page was blank, or whether extracting text returned an empty result. Do not send confidential PDFs, personal records, or passwords. A description or a redacted screenshot is a better starting point.

For reuse and other questions.

Use the same address for content corrections, privacy questions, and permission to republish a game or reuse its assets. Link to the relevant PDFresh page so we can identify the request.
