Every stage is available from the menu. Save your PDF to keep unfinished boards and cleared-stage marks. Completion effects include blinking lights.

start with a single circuit

A turn in the right direction.

  1. Choose a stage.

Select any number on the first page. STAGES returns to the menu, NEXT opens the following puzzle, and HOW TO PLAY explains the rules.

  2. Rotate the pipes.

Tap or click a movable tile to turn it clockwise. POWER and LIGHT endpoints stay fixed. Work outward from those endpoints to find the connections.

  3. Finish the whole circuit.

Connect every pipe and light every bulb with no loose ends. Completing a stage adds a cleared mark to the menu. You can move between stages without finishing them in order.

  4. Try a fresh board.

RESET (PLAY AGAIN after a clear) restores the current puzzle’s starting rotations. It keeps the cleared mark if you have already solved that stage.

The first stage introduces pipe rotation and closed connections.

one new idea every five stages

More ways to make a circuit.

Stages 1–5 · Turn and connect.
Rotate the pipes and connect every open end from POWER to LIGHT.

Stages 6–10 · Branches.
T-shaped pipes split the circuit. Every bulb must light up.

Stages 11–15 · Crossings.
A fixed bridge carries two separate channels. Crossing paths do not connect to each other.

Stages 16–20 · Two colors.
Green and blue form separate circuits. Match each pipe to its own power source.

Stages 21–25 · Linked gears.
Tiles bearing the same G number rotate together when you select either one.

Stages 26–30 · One-way pipes.
Power follows the arrows. Rotate the pipes to point the flow in the right direction.

Stage 21 introduces paired tiles marked G1
Later puzzles combine the rules you have learned.

Your progress stays in the PDF.

In pdfresh viewer, select save in the top toolbar. In desktop Chrome’s PDF reader, choose Download → With your changes. The saved file keeps each board’s rotations and the stages you have cleared.

Open that saved copy in pdfresh viewer next time and select a stage to continue. The website’s play and download buttons always provide a fresh copy.

Use the interactive original. Printing to PDF or taking a screenshot cannot keep its playable controls. All six rule sets and the saving reminder are included on the final page.

Before you connect.

Can I play without downloading a file first?

Yes. Choose play without downloading to open a fresh copy in pdfresh viewer. Your browser loads the PDF automatically. Save afterward to keep your progress.

Why does a pipe not turn?

POWER, LIGHT and crossing tiles stay fixed. Tiles with the same G number move together. During a completion effect, rotation pauses briefly. RESET restores the starting board.

All bulbs look connected. Why is the board not clear?

Every pipe must be used and every open end must meet a matching connection. Crossings keep their two channels separate, colored circuits need the matching power source, and one-way pipes must point in the direction of flow.

Does it work in every PDF reader?

Use pdfresh viewer with mouse or touch, or open the original file in desktop Chrome’s PDF reader. Other readers may display the pages without running the puzzle. Browser and device support vary.

Does it need an account?

No. Progress is processed locally and kept in the file you save. Download the original for a fresh set of puzzles; reopen your own saved copy to continue.
