Extract Pages from a PDF Without Uploading

Save selected pages from a PDF as a new file. Choose page ranges and export the result in your browser without uploading the PDF.

Select a PDF, then enter page numbers or ranges.

How it works

  • Choose one PDF.
  • Enter ranges such as 1-3, 7, 10-12.
  • PDFresh validates the ranges and exports only the selected pages.

  • Extracting pages for a client or coworker
  • Creating a smaller PDF from a long document
  • Pulling selected pages from scanned files

Not for

  • Removing blank pages from a scan
  • OCR
  • Editing page text
  • Splitting every page into separate files unless explicitly supported

Privacy note

For this supported workflow, your selected PDF is processed in your browser and is not uploaded to PDFresh.

FAQ

Are my files uploaded?

No. This workflow runs in your browser. PDFresh does not receive your PDF file, file name, or output content.

What are the main limits?

Very large, encrypted, corrupted, or unusual PDFs may fail in the browser. The page will show an error instead of uploading the file elsewhere.

Does this tool perform OCR?

No. PDFresh does not create text from scanned images in the initial rebuild.
