What to send

Useful messages include broken-page reports, unclear wording on a tool page, privacy-policy questions, search-result mismatches, or suggestions for adjacent PDF tasks that are not yet covered.

What not to send

Do not send confidential document contents unless it is clearly necessary. If a browser-side tool is failing, a short description of the problem, browser, operating system, file size range, and page count range is usually enough to investigate.

Tool feedback that helps

If you report a bug, include the tool URL, what action you took, and what happened instead of the expected result. For example: "Split PDF, selected pages 1-3 and 8, clicked download, browser froze on a 40 MB file."

Policy and trust questions

If you are unsure how a specific tool handles a selected file, ask about that tool page directly. PDFresh tries to describe browser-side handling per tool rather than relying on a site-wide blanket claim.
